Cabin Rental Rates 2011-2012:

We have a range of cabins to choose between, from the Luxurious Homes Cabin to a Rustic Summer Camping Cabin.

For your convenience you can book your Elk Lake Resort Cabins online using our
online reservation system.

	Rental prices and availibility are listed on the rates and amenities page.
	Check the individual cabin for amenities.
	Again, this season we replaced many Full sized beds with high quality Queen size mattresses. Though an expensive upgrade at our cost, we hope to bring our guests the very best dreams they can imagine among the tranquility of our backcountry paradise.

Amenities:
Cabins have full kitchens & bathrooms w/showers, towels/linens, microwave, coffee maker, silverware/dishes. Extra Guest fee; is $25pp per night over rated amount.

Cabin Guests:
$100 Cleaning fee will be charged and applied to your credit card if cabin is not left as clean as it was found. Please help keep costs down. Upon leaving, please keep all heaters set on low (in Winter), or turn off (in Summer).

	All dishes washed, surfaces wiped down, swept or vacuumed, and mopped.
	All garbage bagged and set in big front porch garbage can.
	Don’t leave garbage outside of the trash can or critters will get into it.
	We donate our returnable cans and bottles to the homeless, please keep in separate garbage bags, place next to porch garbage can.
	Dirty towels and linens just pile on the floor.
	Report any maintenance issues to the lodge so we can fix problems as soon as possible.
	Quiet time at resort is 10pm, please be considerate of other guests.
	Speed limit on Resort Property is 10mph.
	Dog owners must pick up after the pooch and keep contained at all times.
	You are now in the mountains, not downtown, there are cute little critters, (mice, squirrels, birds, pine marten, bats and bugs) keep your doors closed and food kept out of their reach. They were here first, so we try and get along, except the mice, which we wage war on.
	NO FIREWORKS!! No Unattended campfires ($525.00 USFS fine) Fires must be kept small (warming type).

**All indoor facilities at Elk Lake Resort are Non-Smoking!!!

IMPORTANT WINTER NOTE: You MUST choose a method of winter transportation, the resort is NOT accessible to AUTOMOBILES or 4WD's in winter. Clients may ski or snowmobile into Elk Lake Resort on their own, or you can arrange to have Elk Lake Resort provide Snow-Burban transport service for you. You must also have a Oregon Snow Park pass in your cara front window.

Cancelation Policy:
All reservations balances are due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Holiday reservations must be paid in full and are non-refundable with a three night minimum.
Prices and programs are subject to change without notice.
