Cabin Rental Rates 2011-2012:
Summer Season Operations. The staff is scheduled to work, please call the lodge for your housekeeping and restocking needs.
We have a range of cabins to choose between, from the Luxurious Homes Cabin to a Rustic Summer Camping Cabin.

- Again, this season we replaced many Full sized beds with high quality Queen size mattresses from the experts at
Sleep Country. Though an expensive upgrade at our cost, we hope to bring our guests the very best dreams they can imagine among the tranquility of our backcountry paradise.
Amenities:
Cabins have full kitchens & bathrooms w/showers, towels/linens, microwave, coffee maker, silverware/dishes.
Extra Guest fee; is $25pp per night over rated amount. One night fee add $50.00.
Cabin Guests:
$100 Cleaning fee will be charged and applied to your credit card if cabin is not left as clean as it was found.
Please help keep costs down. Upon leaving, please keep all heaters set on low (in Winter), or turn off (in Summer).
- All dishes washed, surfaces wiped down, swept or vacuumed, and mopped.
- All garbage bagged and set in big front porch garbage can.
- Don’t leave outside can or critters get into it.
- We donate our returnable cans and bottles to the homeless, please keep in separate garbage bags, place next to porch garbage can.
- Dirty towels and linens just pile on the floor.
- Report any maintenance issues to the lodge so we can fix problems as soon as possible.
- Quiet time at resort is 10pm, please be considerate of other guests.
- Speed limit on Resort Property is 10mph.
- Dog owners must pick up after the pooch and keep contained at all times.
- You are now in the mountains, not downtown, there are cute little critters, (mice, squirrels, birds, pine marten, bats and bugs)
keep your doors closed and food kept out of their reach. They were here first, so we try and get along, except the mice, which we wage war on.
- NO FIREWORKS!! No Unattended campfires ($525.00 USFS fine) and fires must be kept small (warming type).

In the winter months, you are responsible for purchasing a snow park permit if leaving vehicles at Dutchman Flat Snowpark!

All reservations balances are due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Holiday reservations must be paid in full and are non-refundable with a three night minimum.

Check out: 11:00 am Deposit: 50% due at time of reservations and the balance + $100.00 Refundable Cleaning/damage Deposit is due upon arrival. Pet Policy: Pet fee is $25.00 per cabin. Pets are NOT allowed in cabins: 21, 22, 23, & 26. A maximum of two pets are allowed in all the other cabins,
a cleaning/damage deposit of $150.00 per pet is due at check-in. Dogs must remain on leashes and owners are responsible to clean up after their pets.
No pets are allowed in winter except when skijoring or dog sledding in to the resort.
